DOMAINE DE FONTENELLES

The “Domaine de Fontenelles” vineyard covers 40 hectares of
land in the heart of the Cathar country at the foothills of Miramont Castle.

The vineyard is located on the “Appellation of Controlled Origin” of
Corbières; it covers the “terroir” of Alaric Mountain and it lies on the
Coteaux de Miramont, overlooking the Plain of Douzens. For five
generations the domain has been managed by the wine and grapevine passion of its owners.
Nowadays, Thierry Tastu dedicates himself to perpetuating his ancestors’ legacy, all while applying present day regulations. He is turned towards a qualitative approach.
Thierry Tastu, as well as his family, and his Wine Culture Chef, François Decamps, welcome you to their Domain, so that you can discover their wines and their history.
The different wines that Mr Tastu produces are regularly rewarded, gold or silver!
